Prints

To avoid the possibility of creasing it is advisable to post photographs in a strong envelope with card wrapping.
We will return your prints with your completed puzzle. If the prints are too large we will send them in a separate envelope.
Whilst every care will be taken we cannot be responsible for loss or damage in transit.

Copyright

We are not permitted to make puzzles from photos or artwork without the permission of the owner of the copyright.
When you send an image to us you are confirming that you have the owners permission for us to use it.

Delivery

We will endeavour to despatch your jigsaw within a few days of receipt of your order. You should, however, allow up to 14 days for delivery.
If your order is urgent please let us know and we will certainly do our best to help.
